Exclamation point.
An email was forwarded to me today from a co-worker. It said "Unbelievable, but supposedly all true!!!!" I wasn't going to read it, but I noticed that after the word "true" there were 4 exclamation points. I had to read it. if there was only one, I would have just deleted it, but because there were 4, I read it enthusiastically.

oh, it was one of those awesome emails that has a Tech support person and the idiots they talk to.
